"One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!"

"Location is in a ghetto area. The staff was short and abrasive towards me. One employee gave me a form and when I asked if it was the form I already signed online, the employee gave me an attitude. "Only had one minor issue with garage door locks not working on levels 2 and 3. We got to the property late and my elderly mom was with me, we were inconvenienced had to walk multiple steps to the first floor to get into our room. The locks were indicating a low battery which should have been an easy fix and property maintenance should have been aware if maintained properly."

"The room smell very badly of mildew, it did not have a first clean, smell at all. Very basic accommodation that is over priced in my opinion. The indoor pool looked very dirty and it was dark and dim the gym equipment did not work well. very outdated room and hotel in general. The bistro is also overpriced for the location and the overall aesthetics of the hotel when I was checking in the lady immediately shut me down saying that they couldn’t accept Apple Pay for the deposits because it doesn’t...

"The room was clean but the service was awful. They no longer offer room service but we were told we could call in an order for pickup. Then when we tried the lady told us we would have to come down to order and wait for it. We went to the restaurant and had to wait for a table to be cleaned then after 15 minutes no one waited on us so we left."
