This kitchen has everything you need and is positioned right in the heart of the home. It faces the large deck with a wall of windows, so even when you’re on kitchen duty, you can still enjoy the view.

- A full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- Tongs for grilling on the BBQ
- A full set of knives
- Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers, Blender, Crock Pot, Rice Cooker, Nespresso Machine
- Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.

Parking
During your stay, you will have access to 2 parking stalls located in front of the garage. If you require additional parking there will be visitor parking directly across from the driveway in the middle of the complex and to the left of the home. Please note that this property does not allow any sort of hauling or camping trailers to be parked on the property at any time.
If you are going to have a trailer with you please feel free to reach out to us directly to help you find alternative parking solutions.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Hideaway Hollow is part of a coveted mountain community called The Hideaways. Here you’ll be tucked away amongst The Purcell Mountains, with views of The Rocky Mountains, all while being lakeside to beautiful Lake Windermere. People travel here year-round from all over the globe to enjoy our lake and mountain activities and explore our whimsical little town of Invermere. This town makes people never want to leave with its welcoming spirit, friendly locals, delicious restaurants, cafes and interesting boutiques. There’s always something to do - even if it’s just having a pint with a friend. Life is simpler here, and we know you’re going to love it.

When you stay at The Hideaway Hollow, you’ll be close to:

Lake Windermere: Just steps away from your door, you’ll find private access to our exclusive ¼ mile of sandy beach located along Lake Windermere’s eastern shoreline. Here you’ll find:
picnic tables for eating with the family
shallow water, perfect for swimming with small kids
ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs (16.6km): In just over 10 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to have on your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (7.8 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.

Golfing: Copper Point Golf Club is only a 4-minute from The Hideaway Hollow. You’ll also be close to Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Panorama Ski Resort (25.4 km): A world-class ski destination that the whole family can enjoy with incredible skiing and snowboarding, heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although one (1) non-shedding pet under 30lbs is permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that trailers of any kind are not permitted in the complex. Contact us ahead of time if you require parking for a hauled trailer of any type.

8. Just as a note: There are two outdoor cameras for security purposes; 1 at the front door facing the driveway and the other at the back door facing out from the back door.

Beautiful place and easy drive to Panorama. Great layout, comfortable beds, good communication with owner, and excellent kitchen. Loved the small touches of shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee and condiments. Plus, having 2 living rooms was perfect for our group of parents and teens.

This was our second stay. The modern house with an upstairs/downstairs layout, is great for families with absolutely everything we needed. Easy access to the beach down fairly steep steps. Games room was a bonus. It was great to be able to bring our dog.

We absolutely love this place. The house was very clean and there was lots to do. We had a variety of age groups and everyone had plenty to keep them entertained. It was a nice touch to have children toys and games. My kids loved it.

The place was spotless, and accommodated our large group very well. The kitchen was well equipped to feed a large group. We had access to a small playground and pickleball court, and there was a nice beach nearby. The games room in the garage was a fun addition for the kids! Thanks for having us, we would definitely come back again!

Our entire family had a fantastic holiday. The air conditioned fully decked out house had something for everyone. We loved that it over looked the park. Some could go out and play basketball or play in the playground and others could relax on the upper deck and relax. The sleeping arrangement allowed the kids to sleep and adults could socialize upstairs. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a cozy pet friendly home amongst beautiful scenery to enjoy a short stay getaway on Thanksgiving weekend. We found exactly that while staying at your property. More than enough amenities available as we did not even have time to enjoy each and every one. Comfortable beds, lovely balcony and the walk out basement was so handy not only to enjoy the scenery, but also to make it easier for our dog to enjoy some yard play. Thank you once again for everything. I believe we have complied with all expectations during our stay and at check out. Until next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time . We were 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us! The location of the home was perfect! Communication with the host was excellent and my questions were answered in a prompt manner! We only rated cleanliness as a 4/5 as the bbq and oven were quite dirty, we needed to clean the bbq prior to using it. Other than that, great stay and will definitely book again!

This house was so perfect for my family! With a game room, a basketball court, and tons of clean large comfy rooms, we has everything we needed! A huge porch, a grill, a stocked kitchen and a gorgeous easy walk to the beach we would recommend this property snd would love to come again! The manager made everything simple and smooth. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

This newly built four bedroom walkout bungalow is spacious, comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need. There’s a deck off the kitchen for barbecuing and watching the wild turkeys and deer in the trees behind. The basement is bright with a comfy sectional and popcorn maker for watching movies. Ten minute walk to the beach and we stayed in winter, so enjoyed X-country skiing the Whiteway on the lake. Fun to head into Inveremere (10 minute drive) for a night out too.
