Walk out your back door to the community sports court (basketball/pickleball/playground), and a short 0.5 km distance from the sandy beach.

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.

PARKING
You will have access to the parking pad and spot in front of the home with space or up to 2 vehicles. There are limited visitor parking spaces available if needed. Please note that access to the garage is not included, and trailer parking is not allowed in this community.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

This home is located in one of the most desirable communities called The Hideaways. When you stay here, you’ll be nestled among the Purcell Mountains with alpine views of the Rocky Mountains.

Here you’ll be close to:

Lake Windermere: Just steps away from your door, you’ll find private access to our exclusive ¼ mile of sandy beach located along Lake Windermere’s eastern shoreline.
Here you’ll find picnic tables for eating with the family
shallow water, perfect for swimming with small kids
ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs (16.6km): In just over 10 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to include in your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (7.8 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records, you can’t miss this. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.

Golfing: Copper Point Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive. You’ll also be close to Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Panorama Ski Resort (25.4 km): A world-class ski destination that the whole family can enjoy with incredible skiing and snowboarding, heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
