"We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas."

"A lovely stay with a friend. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We found our room, the furthest point of the hotel up 3 flights of spiral stairs. It was clean and comfortable however due to a water leak along the corridor, the room smelt damp. Comfy bed and pilllows, had a good nights sleep! We also enjoyed a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Visitors should however be given better directions to the carpark which is around the back. Thanks for a lovely stay "

"Friendly staff. Central location and very close to ferry. Good food. We were able to park right outside after 6pm. The room was excellent and spacious but let down on just one small annoyance - the shower is a hand held one in the bath but the hook on the wall for the shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head all the time.
