Rooms looked stunning on the site but in reality they were not up to expectation.
It had Sash windows that didn’t close properly, my room (lulworth cove) was on the main road and so noisey I had to sleep with ear plugs in.
The bathroom might as well been a wet room as the water from shower just flooded over the shower tray onto the floor. The old fashioned style toilet system didn’t flush the toilet properly and had water running down the drop pipe.
Breakfast wasn’t served until 8:00, so didn’t have that.
The mattress was way too soft for my liking.
Staff were friendly enough on arrival.
I couldn’t see any on site parking that was listed on the Expedia listing , so parked in a nearby car park.
So overall it was not my best experience for a night away on business.
