Comfort Inn University
"The property was absolutely filthy. You had to wear socks in the room, so your feet wouldn’t get dirty. TV did not work. Phone did not work. The staff had no idea how to cut the TV on or off. This is a place you would go if you wanted to party all night and not worry about hygiene."

"This property is centrally located between downtown and the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were oh so comfortable and breakfast top notch and offered quite a variety for a hotel. We will certainly try and stay here again."
