"A really unique place to stay. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms upon arrival. Messaging Malissa, she was super quick to respond and had someone on site within 30 minutes to rectify the situation. Being across from the brewery is a plus (good beer, decent food). All in all a very pleasant experience. Malissa's communications was a definite plus in our case. "

"This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. My biggest complaint was that everything in the kitchen was covered with a greasy film, even the light fixture. Possibly wouldn't matter to anyone except a clean freak like me. "The Townhouse was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood does not look the best, but we did not have any issues with noise or other concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with both a kitchen and dining room table. Master bed was very comfortable and we loved the lathe TVs in the living room and bedroom. Keri was very quick to respond when I had questions. I will for sure stay again."

"We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Voice of America complex. This rental was close by and so much better than staying at a hotel. With a full kitchen, cozy living room, office space, 2 bedrooms & baths, it was perfect. Our teenager loved the decor & enjoyed the record player."

"We were in the area just for the night with friends. The apartment has some cool history and we loved the way it was restored but yet a lot of the character of the original building was still there. We were disappointed in the brewery food across the parking lot, so next time we visit we will eat elsewhere for sure. Loved all the natural lighting and the views from them. Very clean and nicely decorated, down to an original photo of the old inside of the factory. We would certainly come back...
