"Kingsmill Resort was a beautiful setting. The location was great - very close to major attractions. The condo was very clean with comfortable, lovely furnishings. The en suite bedrooms and common area were a perfect fit for our 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay."

"Very nice apartment. Well outfitted. Close to many restaurants , all price levels. Children upstairs were noisy but they quieted down around 9:00 pm. We enjoyed having room to spread out. I’d stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time at the condo! The grounds of Kingsmill are beautiful. The condo was spacious and so tastefully decorated. Lots of space to spread out and all the conveniences you could want. We read, relaxed, cooked, watched TV and slept like logs on the comfy bed. We so appreciated having laundry handy too as we did a lot of outdoor activities during our visit. "Kingsmill is a great getaway, the condo was just as listed. The host was very responsive. Just a short stroll to the waterfront. It's a great place to unwind, take many walks on the trails and see all the great historic sites in the area. Would definitely return."

"This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf....

"We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms....

"The amenities offered at the resort greatly added to our stay here. We played mini golf, swam in the pool and explored the beautiful grounds. We didn’t get to take advantage of the restaurant as we came early in the week and they were closed. Great location close to all you need in the Williamsburg area!"

"The unit was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Cute community with scenic grounds and plenty of food options nearby. Check in was easy and check out time was generous. "This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

"No housekeeping service. No microwave. People actually live here. Hard to get help from the front desk when they were around. Half the facility isnt even open."
