Walk Train & Rte 66 / The Stay @ Seven•One•Three

This beautifully renovated home has amenities and a location that can’t be beat! The Stay at Seven•One•Three is within walking distance to downtown Williams and The Grand Canyon Railway! It features 2 bedrooms, w/queen beds, 2 twin size roll away beds, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, wi-fi, fireplace, AC, ample parking, and a back yard. We do accept fur babies; however, we charge a nonrefundable pet fee. Please see the house rules for more information.

The house is located just a few minutes' walk to downtown Williams. Very close to the Grand Canyon Railway and to Bearizona! The entire house is yours!

Easily accessible. Plenty of parking is located in front of the house.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
PLEASE NOTE PET FEE AND RULES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING! 1 (one) service animal or 2 (two) small dogs (under 30 lbs), no exceptions. We will not make exceptions for multiple pets or service animals. We charge a $100 nonrefundable** pet fee for ANY fur babies. After a fur baby stays with us, we perform a deep clean and take ALL of the used bedding and towels to the dry cleaner for a treatment to ensure future guests do not have any allergic reactions. The fee is to cover the extra costs we incur due to cleaning and being proactive and mindful other guests’ sensitivities; not for the liability if your fur baby chews or damages something. PLEASE assure us that you will pick up after your pet, not allow them on the furniture, and excess pet hair will be cleaned up before departure. An ADDITIONAL $50 fee may be applied if excess pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, and/or yard. Please do not take any of the condiments, spices, butter, oils, or hot sauces in the house. They are for guests’ use only.

Please read the guest book located inside the home at check in for information about the home, including instructions on adjusting the thermostat, wifi password, and other helpful tips and recommendations!

The sofa bed is currently out of use. We have TWO twin bed roll aways for sleeping.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.

A $24 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $500.

Host was responsive to questions we had. Ample parking on property. Although the property is on a corner lot it was quiet and we didn't hear any road noise. Kitchen was well stocked with mixing bowls, dishes and cooking ware. We would stay here again.

Effortless Vacation

The house was updated and cute. We were provided all things needed to make our vacation feel like home. Only an hour from the Grand Canyon. All the amenities of convenience in a quiet neighborhood street.

Beautifully decorated and maintained!

Every detail of this property has been thought out carefully. Our host provided anything we could have needed. The beds and roll away bed are very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything. The furnishings and decor are modern and attractive. The house was very clean, which is always a big bonus to me! Williams is full of shops, restaurants, attractions & friendly people. We were there to take the train to the Grand Canyon. That was really fun. We also went to Bearizona, which was so much better than I thought it would be. Try the Canyon Coaster! Thank you, Kristina for a terrific stay!

incredibly charming

From the moment we booked the VRBO we received up-to-date instructions on entry. The host was amazingly responsive. We were able to make good time and got to Williams early and the host had no problem letting us access the property before The specified time. The property was immaculate clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Linens were clean and fresh. Backyard was self-contained and perfect for our dogs. Modern appliances TV with Internet access made our stay extremely enjoyable. Distance to Williams and activities and restaurants was a stones throw away. We have vendor Williams several times for a quick stop . I highly recommend this location to anyone. If you have children, make sure you have a chance to stop to Bearizona. My kids loved it and then just a few miles down the road. There’s a 10 acre deer farm what your kids can hand feed This is a six star out of a five star recommendation. Safe travels God bless.
