"Booked this under the VIP banner which allowed me free drink from their restaurant bar. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to my room. I had booked a ground floor room which had the benefit of a patio door leading to an outdoor dining area which will be fantastic in the Summer. "This is a really fabulous small hotel. The mostly young staff are wonderful and have really good customer service skills. The room we had was large and warm and really nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with sufficient pillows and some nice cushions.It was apparent that thought had been put in to all aspects of our stay. There were lovely little touches in the room - biscuits, fresh coffee and a cafetière, an extra blanket, and even recycling facilities in the room itself. We had a vegan...

"airport hotels are normally a bad experience, this was just the opposite: spacious well decorated rooms, excellent beds, nice bathroom. Perfect standards! Of course you are in an airport zone with no restaurants, the highway close by and poor views on the parking, but you can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes. "
