"Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in...

"Perfectly located (only a couple of minutes from Wengen train station). The apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The balcony is lovey (big table that sits 6 people) and there is a BBQ! Else the electric lock on the entrance door is really convenient as it avoids the need to exchange keys (and potentially loose them). All in all the region is spectacular and one of the prettiest we got to see in our 10 days trip to Switzerland. We love Wengen and this is the second time we stay...

"Hemos pasado 5 noches en Beatenberg. Casa completa y perfecta para 5. Camas cómodas, buenas duchas, cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos, lavavajillas, horno, lavadora y secadora. Descanso y silencio absoluto. Lo único malo, que hay que subir 20 minutos desde Interlaken. Con unas impresionantes vistas durante la subida, eso sí, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta!. Una vez arriba, compensa. No tuvimos ningún problema con la propietaria, a pesar de las dificultades con el idioma."

"We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. "Bedsheets very poor quality and rough. No Wifi. Rooms small and unable to open wardrobes properly as a result. Hot water for showers after skiing very limited for a family. Charges for rubbish bags and electricity used ( over £60 charged for electricity when we were out most of the day in a week ) is very unusual for such properties. "Ok. Google fand die angegebene Adresse nicht, wir mussten Fragen. Angaben verbessern? Sauberkeit: Die Flächen die man sieht wurden gereinigt. Unter den Möbeln und in Schränken aber sieht es leider ganz anderst aus. In der Duschkabine hat es Schimmel. Die Lampe in der Stube war schon gebrochen und liegt da, beleuchtet den Boden. Nachttisch Lampe geht nicht, Birne fehlt, leider ein marktunübliches Modell welches man vor Ort kaufen könnte. Licht oberhalb vom Kochherd geht nicht, d.h. du hast kaum...

"Das Chalet „Eden“ liegt etwas höher gelegen ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Ortskern Blatten im Lötschtal in der Schweiz.
