"It is wizard room. Poor bathroom, towels too small. Reception is ok. The only thing good was de ticket for transportation. And check out was at 11 am, but housekeeping knock the door before 9."

"We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne."

"Loved the location, having an elevator was super helpful, and the grocery stores were really close. The walk from the train station is also very short.
