    Newly renovated home that comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child or 2 adults and 4 children.

    2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and private driveway. Within 10-15 min. walking distance to boardwalk which features various shops, restaurants, live entertainment, amusement piers and water parks.
    2 min. walk to the state of the art Bryne Community Center/Maxwell Field, which features a basketball court, fitness room, computer lab, meeting room, dance hall and kitchen facilities.

It was nice but upon my wife’s inspection which she took notes of since she works in house keeping and part time maintenance: needs better cleaning… sand and cob webs. Back yard had cigarette butts in which my wife quit smoking and smell or site of cigarettes makes her sick… ants downstairs which my wife had to keep killing and cleaning (wife is a clean freak)… she also noticed a dent/hole by kitchen table in which she documented right away so no extra charges. But overall she did say the stay was good and peaceful.

We had a great stay. Great little house for a family at beach bash. We had 2 adults 3 kids. Had room for 1 more person easily. Linens and towels included was such a nice thing to have included. The only big note I have is the staircase and stair clearance. The staircase is narrow and low ceilings, 5 ft 6 clearance at the bottom. We had no bumped heads, however if you are a tall family this can be very bothersome. My husband is 6 ft 4 in. So I know we would not recommend if everyone is tall or for older folks or very young who need easy stairs. Otherwise it was nicely updated and very comfortable.

Quick Sand Soccer Beach Weekend

Perfect for a weekend stay. We did drive to the beach each day but overall it was nice. Pleasant place to stay. Very clean and updated.

The property was in excellent shape. If I could give some positive feedback? Eliminate some pots and provide other cooking utensils and storage containers, otherwise no complaints.

Long Weekend

Myself and my two sisters had a long weekend getaway and stayed here. Communication with the host was wonderful, quick responses and very kind. Property I do not believe was cleaned prior to our stay and was lacking some essentials like hand soap in the bathroom and mugs for coffee. Walk to the beach is just under a mile which isn’t bad unless you’ll be making multiple trips throughout the day with children. Property is located a little secluded, and there was construction right in front of the house as well which wasn’t great. Overall, the property is okay, seemed a little overpriced for what we got.

The property was much smaller than it was on the photos. I don't think the cleaning service did a good job between the guests. There were several strands of hair all over the pillows and sheets in the master bedroom, which led me to believe the sheets were not clean and changed. The freezer had frozen spills, water was left in the keurig container, spider webs in the corners of the kitchen appliances, shower curtains need to be changed or cleaned or perhaps a better quality. There were bars of used soap in the bathroom drawers, open mouth wash container, with mouth wash still in it...I mean who shares that! wrappers in the trash can under the trash bag, and crumbs in the air fryer. The stairs were steep and narrow. There was a light socket in the kitchen that looked hazardous.......perhaps homemade. The rug in the living room was DIRTY! It had several spots. I mean, as much as they charge people, surely you can get a nice rug from Ross or Home Goods. For me to write a review like this, I must have been disappointed. If it was only a few things, I would have let it go, but this was too much. The hair on the sheets and pillow cases did it for me. My question to the owners, would you stay in your own VRBO?
