"We rented both the upper and lower apartments which gave us 2 kitchens and plenty of bedrooms. The location is fabulous. The house is just a few steps from the beach and if you don't want to walk, for $10 you can drive your car up and park almost on the beach! Plus there are plenty of walkable amenities in the area. A really nice perk is that there are 6 (not 5 like the description says) parking spaces off the street when you rent both apartments. The apartments are not big but well laid out for...

"The townhouse is phenomenal unfortunately the cleanliness was not, I had to buy a swifter and cleaning supplies. I have small children the floors were so dirty our feet and socks were charcoal black. I made a complaint and someone came to clean the living room area a day later."

Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available."

"There are only minor items to reflect on - My husband and I are senior citizens and the thermostat was hard to figure out. The kitchen sink does not have a stopper to keep water in to wash dishes. The television does not carry the major networks. Like I said - these were minor issues. The house was very clean."
