Welcome to Salty Shore, a perfect seaside getaway! This cozy retreat offers two comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, making it an ideal choice for small families or couples seeking relaxation near the beach. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and famous Boardwalk,you’ll be delighted by the convenience and tranquility of this location.

Unit 1 is located on the first floor, first door on the right. This unit features:
-2 bedrooms
-1 bathroom
-1 kitchen
-1 dining/living room

Inside, you’ll find a tastefully decorated living space that exudes coastal charm. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of sun and surf. The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the essential amenities to meet your needs.

The living area is a welcoming spot to unwind and socialize, featuring comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks at your convenience. Whether you’re enjoying a homemade breakfast or savoring a sunset dinner, the dining area offers a perfect setting to gather and create lasting memories.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

The beach is just a short stroll away, granting you easy access to the golden sands and sparkling waters. Spend your days sunbathing, building sandcastles, or taking refreshing dips in the ocean.

Conveniently located near the beach, this shore house also offers proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, you’ll find an array of activities to suit your tastes.

We are providing 15 min loading area, right in front of the property. We do not have parking lot, but there are several options in the area- parking lots and meter parking.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the security and safety of our guests and our property, we have installed security cameras with recording. 2 Cameras are located on lower level and 2 located on upper level. There is no cameras inside.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Please remove shoes

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number, and address on file.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcome, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible for all underage children.

• For the security of our guests and the safety of our property, we have 4 external security cameras located at the outside of the building (2 on bottom level , 2 on the second level ).

• HVAC system in each unit is operated by a remote control located in the same unit/room. All remote controls are clearly marked and operational. There is a $200 fee for each lost remote control.

• We do not permit pets on the property. Guests that bring Unauthorized pets will be charged $400 fee.

Weekend Trip

Perfect place for a family getaway. Close to the boardwalk, beach, convention center, and local eateries. The unit was clean and we felt right at home from check in to check out. Next time we’re definitely staying longer.

Beautiful apartment

The owners have done a great job upgrading this unit. It’s only a block from the boardwalk so very convenient & very easy access to the beach as well Which we loved. We managed to find free parking a few blocks away. The master bedroom was tight, but the second bedroom seemed to have more space I would recommend providing some more essentials in the home such as extra towels and more kitchen supplies. Overall, it was great!

Great Quick Getaway

My stay was amazing. The place was clean and had everything you needed. It looked exactly like the pictures. It is conveniently located near the boardwalk right near adventure pier. Communication was fast and easy the renters were very responsive. The check in process was very easy and convenient. There is no free parking but there is metered parking in front of the apartment. I would stay here again.
