Welcome to Crocus by the Sea in Iconic Wildwood Crest We have 3 apartments we rent all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. We rent Saturday to Saturday from June 29 to August 31 Our charming 1st floor 3 bed,2nd floor 2 bed Sea Breeze Bay, and 2nd floor 2 bed Ocean Serenade, Our house is a 100 year old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.
The space
All the apartments have been renovated in the last 7 years. New kitchens and baths, central air and washer and dryer etc. Ocean serenade and Sea Breeze Bay have a beautiful porch with rocking chairs and a table for your breakfast lunch or happy hour. You each get you own side of the porch which has ocean views and a nice breeze.
Guest access
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night. New for this year is our enclosed outdoor shower.
Other things to note
For barefoot concert weekend and memorial day weekend its a 3 night minimum. We rent Saturday to Saturday last week in June till Labor Day. Rest of the year 2-night minimums. We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels also please check the additional rules section.
