"The house was very clean, spotless and warm and cozy. Bedrooms were did not seem old, nice bedding. The house had a GREAT heating system, since we went in February. Dan communicates very quickly. "

"The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful "

"This was a great location for all we planned on seeing in this section of Pennsylvania. The home was very clean and neat; roomy and nice design; had everything you would need to prepare meals; quiet and peaceful backyard. We saw an Eagle, a Blue Heron and a Kingfisher at the creek. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely visit again if we are back in the PA Wilds."

"Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! "Overall, it was ok. The location was peaceful and relaxing, and we loved the layout of the house. But the place was difficult to find after dark, as the property was not well lit, nor were any exterior lights left on. I accidentally pulled into the neighboring cabin, causing the guests to be distrupted and annoyed. The spiral staircase to the basement was a little sketchy, and the furniture in the basement area was broken. The blinds on the sliding door were also broken, so it provided no...

"It was a great little cabin. It had everything we needed plus more. We didn’t see any elk, but lots of elk droppings including in the back yard of the cabin so they were close. "
