"Could not praise these appartments more. So well equipped and lovelly inside. Brilliant location, far enough way from the town to be nice and quite, but near enough to walk which saves on the teying to park game. Steve the host lovelly, helpful and obviously cares about your stay and he will help and assist you in any way he can "

"Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair. "

"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday."

"Beautiful cottage. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. A gorgeous, tranquil garden. The village was picturesque, a very handy community shop that stocked all essentials, lovely village pub and great walks. Maddy and Geoffrey were perfect hosts and the bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely gesture. I could not fault this property and would highly recommend. Hope to revisit some day soon."

"Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊"
