"Clean rooms"

"It was a cozy home to stay at on route to ferry; just two things would have made it better: dust free fans since its a hot summer and the smart TV to actually work and have other channels than weather channel. Otherwise, the three bedroom cottage was a great place to make home cooked meals and cozy beds to sleep in."

"Staff were excellent. Linen/ room servicing was only provided every 3 days. We didn't know that until we checked out. Bathroom needs towel bars. The restaurant had a 15 to 20 minute wait in the morning. Understandable as the hotel was full Overall we were comfortable."

"Although my bed was hard and sagged from the head to the shoulders, the rest of our stay was excellent! My friend and I each got our own bedroom with washroom, bedding, lots of towels, a cloth, shampoo, soap, body wash, moisturizing lotion, the use of a fan, and use of the kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and a lounge with a TV and a piano! Really great value for our money!"

"After doing the online check in earlier in the day I was told that I would get an online code and instructions to get into my room. I didn’t receive a code at check-in time so I called minutes after 4 pm to enquire. I was told that I would receive a code in 5-10 minutes as they were working on my room. I told them I would wait outside in the parking lot. I waited for over an hour and watched other guests getting in their room. I called back twice and got no answer. I tried to get into the office...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I made a booking for 2 people; me and my girlfriend. At first, it seemed like a run down motel that someone was trying to fix up. The hot and cold water in the shower was inconsistent, but it worked. The fridge was old, but it was cold. I could look passed these things.... However, there were still stains on the counters, as well as on the ceiling tile. This should have been my first clue. During my first night in the room, just after midnight, water began...

"First of all, the staff was really accommodating and helpful. The place was great and there were restaurants nearby."

"Well it sure was a shocker when we got there & checked in. Super Disappointed at this place! We were not in the motel building! We were put in a house they called a family room at the back of the motel at back lane which had a suite with a living room two arm chairs no sofa. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The kitchen had hardly anything in it. We did go back to desk to ask the man if we could change to a motel room in the main building but he said they were fully booked so was not able to do...

"The most terrible experience we ever had!! We booked 2 private bedrooms for 4 people as we know it’s a hostel so we opted for this option to get private bathrooms, but when we got there we were told we only booked 1 private room. We had the proof of our booking with expedia but they still insisted and they offered to let the 2 men stay in the 4-br shared men’s room. We requested if we can be placed together in that 4-br instead, they said yes but with a higher rate than what we initially booked....

"There is plenty of parking, rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and clean, staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with, they are pet friendly for people who are traveling with pets(dogs only)"

"Affordable stay within minutes from the ferry. Room was spacious enough for a family of 6 and a pet, and it had the basics we needed. The fan/AC didn’t keep the room cool, but we were prepared for that based on previous reviews. Very strong odor in the room - like a stale older home, and our clothes definitely carried the smell after we left. Fans in the living room and bathroom were coated/caked with dust and we did find a few spiders and cobwebs. That all being said, we’d still stay here again...
