Modern Beach Pad is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Whitianga holiday home with a contemporary vibe. This comfortable holiday home has a fresh set up for your stay by the beach, within walking distance to the sand and surf!

This Whitianga holiday home includes relaxed open plan living with air conditioning, and a gas fireplace for your toasty winter escape... The easy outdoor flow lends itself well to summer fun on the deck - fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco while the kids burn off some energy in the flat, fully fenced yard!

The master suite at this Whitianga beach pad opens onto the deck, includes a heat pump, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, walk-in-wardrobe and a king bed. The second bedroom also opens onto the deck, with a queen bed. Bedroom 3 includes a king single bed and a single bed, while bedroom 4 has a king single bed.

In addition to the master ensuite, a second spacious bathroom, with bath, completes your holiday set up.

Chill out and unwind on-site for some much-needed R & R, stroll to the beach within 10-15 minutes from your door, or indulge at The Lost Spring within a 2-minute drive. The house was perfect for a family- clean, modern, single level with great indoor/ outdoor flow. It was perfectly presented and offered all the household equipment needed for a relaxed holiday. We really enjoyed our time here and would like to stay again.

Great share house

I spent the weekend here with a group of cycling friends. Plenty of storage for our cycling equipment and plenty of space for entertaining. Overall a great house to spend a great weekend away with friends.

The perfect spot

This property was beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for. Nice and close to the start line of the Whitianga Half Marathon (within walking distance) and comfy for tired bodies returning home later that afternoon.
