"Room was mostly clean the curtains were very dirty but I suppose that’s to be expected over time. The pool was nice but definitely not a heated pool it was freezing. Breakfast was ok but would be nice if they had a few more gluten free options. "

"Great location with amazing beach views and very comfortable bed. During our 5 night stay one of the escalators was out of action. The shower was covered in mould and I had to request on two separate occasions for someone to come and clean it. No restock on toilet paper, tissues etc - had to approach the cleaning service in the hall for these items."

"Room was great,spacious,everything worked perfectly. Enclosed Parking was very convenient at back of hotel,could enter from back door. Bit disappointing that there is no restaurant for breakfast or dinner,but the shopping centre and all the other restaurants and bars are a few blocks up the road. Staff was friendly and helpfull"

"Rooms where soundproofed so carfe and bar noise from below was very minimal to our suprise. Rooms clean and spacious. Plates and cutlery could be useful in room maybe but have literally nothing to complain about. We loved our stay. Everything you need is right there. Bars cafes transport or just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Cherry on top housekeeping left an Easter egg on our pillows. Nice touch. Thanks for a great stay. "

"This was the most awful place I have stepped foot in. Graffiti all over the building, more rubbish in the corridor than at the tip. Drunk people everywhere. Went to reception and was asked to payID the bond?Walked in and turned around and found somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend this place. "

So close to Jacobs ladder & kings park, short drive to the city, subi etc This is a old building done up Really big old air con unit in the room was the first thing i noticed, didn't have to use it thank goodness. Lights were a fancy panel but still after 2 days couldn't work out how to turn the lights on/off Room was small but felt fresh with nice small bathroom area Comfortable bed No noise protection, doors banging and cars arriving outside was...
