"The home is well located near town and clean with great views of Cannon Mountain. When they say rustic, they mean it : with young kids, consider is you’re ok with bees and wasps. We saw a lot inside the home, alive and dead. We were told the following: “While it's not a common occurrence, dead bees or other insects can occasionally appear overnight. To assist with this, a vacuum was made available in the home for guests to clean the dead bees.” I’m not talking aboutfew here and there in...

"We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. "The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"

"The house has LOTS of room. Good sized rooms could accommodate more than 8 people. The spacious, well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The huge dining table was perfect for eating, playing board games and spending evenings together. The large deck, outdoor furniture, and grill also gave us the option to eat outside. Location was great for our group of hikers. It was only 16 min drive to Mt. Washington. We had great time and we enjoyed our stay!"

"My trip was to hike up Air Line trail to Madison, so the location was perfect. The house is on a very quiet dirt road with no other houses in sight. House is super clean and very well equipped. Host has great info available about the region. Overall, a great place from which to explore the Presidentials, and the Whites more generally."

"The place was incredibly clean, with all the extras for families to have a great getaway. There were board games for kids of all ages and puzzles too. The porch is so peaceful with an amazing view of the mountain with plenty of seats. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing for the winter time. The loft does get a little hot but the kids loved it! They had all the little things we needed for coffee and cooking which made packing for this trip...
