"When we arrived, the desk clerk told me I did not have a reservation. I tried to show her my Expedia confirmation and told her the price I was expecting and she told me that 3rd parties didn’t usually follow through, and I should have booked directly with the hotel. She did have an available room, so we paid the extra fee. She was very rude. The Ice bucket was contaminated and the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working , so we had to go to the front desk for a new bucket, bag and ice. The...

"Cheap stay is about the only positive"

"I found everything wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was there to help us, especially when we couldn’t fix the TV. She came immediately and fixed it so they were very helpful and we loved not having to go for breakfast. They have a nice breakfast there you can’t ask for anything more."
