"Bed was made, but room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. No liners in trash bins, not even a full roll of toilet paper in bathroom, and hairs all over shower and bathroom floor. It was gross. "

It creates a long and unnecessary wait because people are still deciding what they want to eat while standing there. This is simply bad management and poor planning. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such a poorly organized breakfast setup. It honestly feels like you are trying to discourage guests from eating there.
