The Space:
Morning light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows as you take in the quiet of Whistler’s forested slopes, the peaks rising beyond the treetops. After a day in crisp alpine air, you can come home to the warmth of an indoor fireplace, settle into a comfortable lounge, and let the evening slow down. When the temperature drops, the hot tub and outdoor firepit turn the deck into the place everyone drifts back to.
Living Space
Set high above the valley floor in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski-in ski-out home is surrounded by evergreens and framed by panoramic mountain views. Inside, a soaring cathedral ceiling and expansive glass keep you connected to the mountainscape from nearly every angle, creating an easy rhythm for groups gathering together and finding their own quiet corners.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 13 across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each offer a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. The additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom provides a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo - a practical setup for families traveling with little ones.
Living areas
The open-plan main level is designed for shared time. A spacious lounge centers around a fireplace and comfortable sofa, while the dining table seats ten for long meals and post-adventure conversations. The adjoining gourmet kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four, making it easy to cook together, pour coffee, and keep the day moving.
Entertainment & recreation
When you want a night in, head to the media room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis table. If you prefer to keep your routine, the gym includes a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells. Throughout the home, you’ll have Wifi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or planning the next day’s route.
Outdoor living
Step onto the covered lower deck to sink into the hot tub, warm up beside the outdoor firepit, or fire up the BBQ grill. The setting is forested and private, with outdoor furniture and mountain air that makes even a short moment outside feel restorative.
Neighborhood
Kadenwood offers seclusion with access to the best of Whistler. Guests can reach Creekside via the private gondola - a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base - and Whistler Village is about a 10-minute drive away. Ski-in/Ski-out access is seasonal, and ski access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski-out access lies just 200 meters away, with nearby trails linking directly to Whistler Mountain’s runs.
Access & essentials
Enjoy self check-in with a smart lock, a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and thoughtful basics like bathroom essentials, bed linens, and a washer and dryer. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
