LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This bright, beautifully renovated end unit offers plenty of room to entertain friends and family across three floors with 4-season access to everything Whistler has to offer. Ski home from Blackcomb in the Winter using the ski in access right to the complex, or take a short evening stroll to Lost Lake in the Summer. The free shuttle system close by as well as the Valley trail walking path steps outside connects you to all of magical Whistler.
LAYOUT As you walk into the unit, the front entrance has ample space for your ski gear, jackets and mountain equipment. Two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with a double over double bunk bed) are also on this floor. The bunk bed room also has a Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix. Use it to sign into your own account and catch up on your fave shows. These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom with a spacious stand up shower.
Walk up a flight of stairs to the main living area. A open concept layout allows for mingling and memory making with the family. Guests will feel right at home with the fully stocked kitchen, dining table, large seating area, Smart TV, Fireplace, patio, BBQ and more. Have fun with your kids while playing a card game by the fireplace, enjoy a delicious meal together around the dining table. Utilize the sunlight patio and BBQ in the Summertime with a glass of wine and unwind after a long day. You name it, this property checks all the boxes for a great family getaway!
The upper floor is the primary bedroom oasis. A comfortable King sized bed with a TV as well as full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo will help relax anyone after a long day on the mountain.
Plush towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided by Nestaide Management for your stay.
BBQ: There is a propane barbeque on a patio off the main living area.
PARKING: Free, secure parking for up to 2 vehicles!
HOT TUB: Our guests will have access to a complex hot tub. Have a soak after a strenuous day of playing in nature.
LAUNDRY: Enjoy the convenience of an in suite washer and dryer on the bottom floor. Dry your gear in between runs for the ultimate comfort.
SKI STORAGE Use the spacious ski racks in the front entrance when you walk in the home.

GETTING TO THE MOUNTAIN & LIFTS: The fastest and easiest way to get to the ski lifts is to catch the shuttle bus that stops right outside the complex. It runs every 10 mins.
GETTING HOME FROM THE MOUNTAIN: You can Ski-in to the complex when there is enough snow! The ski-in is useable during the bulk of the winter it`s the easiest and best way to get home. If you end up in the Village and choose not to use the ski-in trail, the completely free shuttle bus can take you home in a matter of minutes.
GETTING TO WHISTLER VILLAGE: The same free and fast shuttle will take you to Whistler Village from right outside the complex. Leave every 10 mins during peak hours and 15-20 mins on non-peak hours.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Please Note: There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
The owner does have a pet and while this is not a unit that will have a pet continuously in it, if you have moderate to severe allergies of dogs, this unit is likely not for you. Please note that the unit is professionally cleaned between each stay, but pet dander can linger. Thank you.
