This is a family-friendly, luxury accommodation requiring respectful behavior. All group members, except for accompanying family, must be at least 30 years old. There is no smoking. This bright 3-level townhome has skin-in/out access, a fireplace and a private outdoor hot tub looking out into a forest. It’s very peaceful.

Location
Mountain Star is at the top of Painted Cliff Road in the Blackcomb Benchlands. It’s a 4-minute drive up from the base of Blackcomb (a 20-minute walk) and 6-minute drive from the base of Whistler. The free Whistler village shuttle pick-up and drop-off location is conveniently located right at the foot of the complex driveway.

Ski Access
Walk about 200 meters through the complex, cross Painted Cliff Road and you’ll see a sign, “Mountain Access” to the right of the Blackcomb Springs Suites Resort. That short ski trail takes you to the Lower Cruiser which leads you to the base of Blackcomb. At the end of the day, veer right off Lower Cruiser and a ski trail takes you right to the Mountain Star Complex.

Things to know
Ski access will depend on snow cover, but you can generally ski in from late December to late March.
