Snow settles quietly on the trees as warm light spills from floor-to-ceiling windows, the glow of a wood-burning fireplace reflecting across vaulted ceilings. After a day on the slopes, you slip into the hot tub beneath the winter sky, steam rising as the mountains fall silent around you. Evenings here unfold slowly - shared meals, flickering firelight, and the comfort of gathering indoors while Whistler’s alpine winter sets the scene.
Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Two primary suites feature king beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed with a chaise lounge and a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom, located on the main level, includes a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds convenience, while a fifth bathroom on the lower level includes a steam room for post-ski relaxation.
Living spaces
The main living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace, creating a natural gathering place on cold winter nights. A separate family room with TV offers a quieter retreat, while the media room with pool table opens directly toward the outdoor hot tub area. Control4 home automation keeps lighting and entertainment easy to manage throughout the house.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for shared cooking and lingering meals after a day outdoors. With a full kitchen and dining table seating ten, there’s space to prepare hearty breakfasts before skiing or settle in for long dinners together. A breakfast bar provides additional seating for casual mornings and après-ski conversations.
Outdoor living
Winter transforms the outdoor spaces into a peaceful alpine setting. Step out to the patios and decks to enjoy crisp mountain air, gather around the outdoor fireplace, or unwind in the private hot tub as snow falls around you. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture are available, with easy access through the private entrance.
Ski access and neighborhood
Ski-in/Ski-out access is seasonal, typically available from late December through March. Ski-out access is a short walk to an intermediate trail, while ski-in routes connect via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails with a brief walk back to the home. Beginners can reach the private Kadenwood gondola with a short walk, enjoying a quick ride to Creekside Village for shops, dining, and the Creekside Gondola.
Additional amenities
Guests have access to a free parking garage on premises, in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with desk. The home includes heating, portable fans, bathroom essentials, bedroom linens, and home safety features. Self check-in is available via smart lock. The property is pet-friendly and allows long-term stays of 28 days or more.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
