Sleeping arrangements
Spread over three levels, this home offers space designed for comfort and privacy. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed with a chaise lounge and full ensuite, while a fourth bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. Additional conveniences include a guest powder room and a fifth bathroom on the lower level featuring a steam room, creating a quiet retreat after time on the slopes.
Outdoor living
The patios and decks provide a peaceful place to experience the alpine setting throughout the colder season. You can relax in the private hot tub, warm up beside the outdoor fireplace, or make use of the BBQ grill. Outdoor furniture and a private entrance add ease and comfort between outings.

Ski access and neighborhood
Positioned near both ski trails and the private Kadenwood gondola, the property offers convenient connections to winter activities. Ski out access is a short walk away on an intermediate trail, while beginners can take a 3-minute walk to the gondola for a 4-minute ride into Creekside Village. Ski-in access is available via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails, with a brief walk from the road to the front door. Ski-in ski-out access is seasonal.

The home includes a double-car garage with driveway parking, in-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
