You will love this freshly reno'd 1br unit, located slopeside on Blackcomb Mtn, and just a 4 minute walk to the upper village. Featuring a spacious floor plan suitable for up to 4 people, and all the thoughtful touches needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The common pool and hot tub await out your door, and the mountain views bring it all together. Expect hotel quality amenities and warm hospitality from the hosts, to make your stay as seamless as possible.

This place has a clean and cool look, with no piece forgotten in the recent renovation (December 2020).
Guests will find a full kitchen, with seating options at the countertop or dining table. The master bedroom includes a second sink and vanity to freshen up, even when the bathroom is in use.
There is a Smart tv in the living room, but you may prefer the mountain views out the large windows, or getting cozy next to the fireplace.
Parking available in parkade for $25/day, or park on the street for free (first come first serve, limited hours in Winter).

The entire space is exclusively for guests (minus shared spa/gym facilities).

The Contemporary & Spacious Slopeside 1 BR Getaway is thoughtfully managed by Whistler Stays. Whistler Stays is made up of two local families who call Whistler home and are available for assistance during your stay. As we live, work, play and raise our families here, we are happy to provide local insights.

'The Benchlands' is one of Whistler's most desirable neighbourhoods perched on the slope and located within walking distance to the village.

The building is situated in the Whistler Upper Village, an idyllic alpine setting with a charming small village feel with restaurants, shops, and boutiques. The Whistler Upper is host to the Whistler Farmers market, great trails and is just a short walk to Lost Lake.
There's a free shuttle to the main Village or you can take a 10 minute walk down a beautifully curated connecting path.

Quiet Hours observed from 10pm-8am
Ski/ Snowboards not allowed in the unit, must be stored in lockers provided.

Cozy apartment in Benchlands

Bus stop right in front of the building, beautiful view of the mountains, (and also you can see how busy the hot tub is!) Unit is on the entry level floor so you can go in and out of the building without waiting for the elevator.Washer/dryer is located downstairs. Nice quiet place, we enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace.

Fantastic stay in Whistler

The property is very comfortable and classy. The pool and hot tub are great. The kitchen is so well stocked we could barely find room for our food. The location is fantastic, as we could walk to most things. Highly recommended.

Comfortable Mountain Condo

This was our first trip to Whistler and we were not disappointed. The condo was spacious, clean and contemporary as advertised. The layout was great and the view is west outlined by lush trees and a glimpse of the mountain. It was a pleasure watching the sun go down each evening. The condo is situated just above the pool area so it could get a little noisy at times however everyone adhered to the designated quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am. Nico was super responsive and checked in to ensure all was well shortly after we checked in. Otherwise we were left to enjoy our stay. It was perfect for the two of us and our pup to use as a base while we spent the week enjoying the area.

It is a nice, clean, modern condo close to the main entrance of the building. It has a walk-in shower, which is nice after a long day on the slopes. It is the perfect size for 2 adults.

This unit suited us to a tee. Easy to catch the bus to Whistler from the bus stop outside the door every 5 mins. The unit itself was quite modern and mostly comfortable. Great - having 2 bathroom sinks - one in the bedroom. Very warm which was welcome as it was very cold outside. We enjoyed using the spa and the pool. The lighting was a let down though - very dim. I'm a reader and there was not enough light to read effectively in the lounge or the bedroom. The pillows also need replacing as a bit uncomfortable.

What a great place and great location. Easy access to Blackcomb Gondola and the Upper Village. The unit was clean and well maintained. The fire place is great in this unit, provides a lot of warmth. This unit made all aspects of our trip easy, which we always look for on a trip.

Wonderfully updated & located gem in the Upper Village!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated, thoughtfully appointed condo in the UV! The hardwoods/tile really help the unit feel clean and modern while the Jack n Jill bathroom configuration with the added vanity in the bedroom make the shared 1 Bathroom very comfortable and manageable, even for a group of 4. This property is literally right next to the Route #5 shuttle stop and the room is off the main entrance floor, which proved to be super convenient with our little dog who enjoyed the nearby trails. The hosts provided incredible communication and the property offers the convenience of gated parking ($17/day), pool, spa, and gym. One other helpful thing to note is that the unit features subcompact appliances (small range/oven and fridge), so it may not be the best match if you’re hoping to plan big elaborate meals at the condo. ;) Saving this rental to our favorites!
