The small patio is out of use, the construction is directly outside the patio and there may be noise disruptions during some periods of the construction. Nightly rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this closure ***

** Starting May 4th, essential maintenance is taking place to the elevators in the complex. The project entails taking one elevator out of service for repairs for approximately three months, followed by the same for the other elevator. As a result over six months only one elevator will be operational at a time. **

***In addition, starting mid July and finishing at the start of December 2026, due to the building wide membrane replacement project, construction will be taking place at the main entrance to the building. There will be some noise but this should have little affect on the home as it is located far from the entrance***
