About the home
The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, with a boot dryer, a spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A quaint living/media area with a wet bar has access to a private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace sitting area.

The next floor up is a semi-open concept living area and features a professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating. A dining room is situated off a second entranceway with a powder room. The sunk-in living room is centred on a wood-burning fireplace with access to expanded outdoor living on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ and views of the Valley Trail and mountains.

The third or top level of this home features the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Location
Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

Excellent location

The property was perfect for our stay. Better attention to ensuring the necessary codes are given with the welcome information if the property is self check-in. It could have been much easier. Also there was construction dust and construction tools on the main balcony. This also caused a bit of commotion of our stay. Once we got settled and cars in the garage our stay was very nice. We had all we needed and it was a very comfortable stay.

Great location and layout!

We would stay here again! Loved that it backed to the creek and there was a lot of sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Small thing but wish there was a make-up mirror under the sink in the primary. Property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Incredible House in a Prime Location

This house was perfect. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, and the beds were incredibly nice. The room with the bunk bed was very cool — that bunk bed is sturdy! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get the most out of their Whistler stay.

Whistler Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Whistler. The property was well-maintained and perfect for my family of 5. The view from the patios was beautiful. The kitchen was better stocked with dishes, tools, pots/pans than most houses we have rented. Loved it!

Amazing House

The property was just as great as we remembered from our stay a few years ago, but better in some ways, given the triple bunk room (our kids are ages 8-11 and they LOVED that setup). The house was super clean, had everything we could need, and we all enjoyed our stay.

It was a great property. Nice to have snow right out the back door. Fireplace and heated floor in primary bathroom was awesome! Beautiful home! The only problem was the dishwasher was difficult for us to get running properly. The start button didn’t work well. But we had a great time!

Perfect Holiday Trip

Great house for summer teip

We had a fantastic time at the property. It was walking distance to the village and grocers. We had some rainy weather so even in summer enjoyed the fireplaces and hot tub. Our kids loved the triple bunk bed. All beds and couches were very comfortable. Wonderful luxuries such as in floor heating in the bathrooms and a steam shower. Highly recommended!!!

Really enjoyed this townhouse rental with all the amenities for our group of 10. The property has been maintained well. Remote check-in feature was great enabled us to go directly to property from our airport transfer from Vancouver. We had few minor issues but was promptly solved by management. Highly recommended!

Ideal for multiple parties

Three couples accommodated comfortably. Perfect place to gather before and after skiing on the slopes. If you don’t rent a car And don’t feel like walking 20 minutes, the taxi service or Whistle! ride share a good options. $8-10 to or from Whistler Village. This will bit definitely be our top pick when returning.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The garage had plenty of storage, and the boot dryers were very convenient. We used the hot tub quite a bit. The kitchen was very nice. The place is only ~10 minutes walk to the village. We felt perfectly at home.

Very nice place for Christmas

It was a great experience, very recommended. The only issue we had was with the garbage, we were told to take it to the central recycling place before checking out (or we would be fined). When we did it we found that place was a complete disaster

Amazing place!!!

My fiancé and I just stayed here with a few of our friends and we LOVED IT!!!! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. The hot tub was incredible, kitchen and bbq were fantastic. The house was immaculately clean. Nesters was a 5 minute walk and only 5 minute drive from the village! We honestly can’t say a bad thing about this place! Highly recommend!!!
