The Space:
Snow-dusted evergreens frame the windows as you step inside, the quiet of the mountains settling in around you. After a day on the slopes, boots are left in the mudroom, hands warm by the indoor fireplace, and the evening unfolds with steam rising from the hot tub under a winter sky. Here, the rhythm of Whistler in winter is unhurried, shaped by alpine air, soft light, and shared moments indoors.
Living Space
Spread across two levels and approximately 4,646 square feet, the chalet is designed for groups to gather comfortably while still offering room to retreat. Heated floors, layered lighting, and forest views create a cozy atmosphere throughout the colder months. The living areas invite you to slow down - whether that means watching snow fall beyond the glass or settling into the media room with the fire lit and a game of foosball underway.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom includes king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is arranged with two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom has a queen bed, a steam-room shower in the ensuite, and a secondary entrance. An additional half bath is located off the main living areas.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for winter evenings spent cooking together. Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and high-end appliances anchor the space, with a breakfast bar for four and a separate prep kitchen for larger meals. The dining table seats ten, positioned near tall windows that look out onto the forest. A temperature-controlled wine cellar and indoor mini bar add to relaxed nights in.
Outdoor living
Cold-weather days end outdoors as easily as they begin. The patio opens directly from the main living area, where a private hot tub remains available around the clock, even in winter. A fire pit and outdoor seating provide a place to gather after skiing, surrounded by quiet trees and mountain air.
Leisure & comfort
When the weather calls for staying in, the media room offers a TV, foosball table, and fireplace. A stationary bike is available for light workouts, and a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair supports remote work. In-unit washer and dryer, ample storage, and a private entrance add everyday ease to longer stays.
Neighborhood
Located in Kadenwood, the home offers seasonal ski-in access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. Guests have access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in approximately four minutes.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
