The Space:
Snow settles quietly across the mountains as you return from the slopes, boots dusted white and cheeks flushed from the alpine air. Inside, warmth greets you - fireplaces flicker, the hot tub steams beneath the crisp sky, and the rhythm of winter slows to something restorative and unhurried.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary offers a four-poster king bed, scenic views, private deck, and ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity.
The third bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, along with an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom connects to a full ensuite. A nanny room with a single bed and TV also has its own ensuite. A guest powder room and an additional bathroom with steam shower add further convenience.
Outdoor living
Even in winter, the private heated outdoor pool and private hot tub offer a striking contrast to the snowy surroundings. Gather around the fire pit under clear mountain skies or step out onto the patio or balcony to take in the stillness of the season. A private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and EV charger provide ease throughout your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals after a day on the mountain, with a breakfast bar - 4 seats - and a dining table for group dinners. Whether it’s a leisurely brunch or a fireside evening meal, the space is designed for connection.
Entertainment & comfort
Unwind in the media room, challenge friends in the billiards room, or keep up your routine in the dedicated gym space. An indoor fireplace, heating, AC - split type ductless system, Wifi, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Ski access & location
Ski-in/Ski-out access connects you to Whistler’s terrain, with a private gondola providing direct access to Creekside Village for dining and shops before returning to the quiet privacy of the chalet.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
