The Space:
Snow settles softly on the evergreens outside your window, and the quiet of the mountains feels close enough to touch. After a day on the slopes, you step inside, hang up your gear, and let the gas fireplace cast a steady glow across the living room. Steam rises from the outdoor hot tub while the forest stands still around you, and the rhythm of winter in Whistler settles in.
The condo sits within Woodrun Lodge along Merlin’s ski run, offering seamless ski access to the Blackcomb Gondola. From the ski locker room, you ’re just moments from the lifts. When you’re ready to explore beyond the mountain, Whistler Village is a 10-minute walk or a short 5-minute ride on the free shuttle, close to restaurants and shops yet tucked into the calm of the Upper Village.
Living space
Inside, hardwood floors and large bay windows frame peaceful forest views. The bright living area invites you to sink into the couches for a movie night, warm up beside the indoor fireplace, or step onto the private patio or balcony for a breath of crisp alpine air. Heating keeps the space comfortable throughout the winter season, and Wifi makes it easy to stay connected if needed.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for relaxed meals at home, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full range of essentials. Gather around the dining table, which seats six, for a hearty breakfast before heading out or a shared dinner after skiing. A coffee maker and hot water kettle are ready for slow mornings, while the dishwasher makes cleanup simple.
Sleeping arrangements
The two-bedroom layout comfortably sleeps 5 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The second bedroom offers a tri-bunk setup with an additional trundle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. A second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower provides added convenience. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and a washer and dryer support longer stays.
Building amenities
Woodrun Lodge offers access to a heated outdoor saltwater pool and one of Whistler’s largest hot tubs, inviting you to unwind after time on the mountain. A gym, elevator, free parking garage on premises, and secure ski storage add ease to your stay. The building features self check-in and front desk staff available during the day to assist with entry.
This mountain retreat brings together ski access, forest surroundings, and the comforts of home - a warm and steady base for winter days in Whistler.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• Construction Notice: Please note that neighbouring units will be undergoing renovations from May 1 to June 30. Guests may experience noise on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to construction activity, including the use of power tools. If you have any questions or would like more details before booking, please contact our team. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to reflect the potential disruptions.
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Thanks for a great stay at Woodrun in Whistler. Highlights - nice outlook from lounge room and very comfortable lounges. Excellent laundry facilities. Nice and quiet location. We had a few maintenance issues and Whistler Platinum were very quick to sort for us. Excellent communications.Things to be improved - The beds are ok. Main has a bit of a dip in it and beds in second room quite squeaky. But passable. The kitchen is stocked to a medium standard.Things to note - The space is light and comfortable, however, quite small. We are a family of five and it was very tight. I would recommend for a maximum of four people. Ski in/out was great, but on foot the condo is a bit of a walk up the hill.

Perfect!
We had a great time staying in this apartment. It was super clean, comfortable, had everything we could possibly need. Check in was super easy. Loved the hot tub and the convenient ski-in/ski-out. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back some time!

Perfect ski accommodation
We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, cosy and had everything we needed. Loved the ski-in/ski-out and also the hot tub. The staff at Woodrun were super helpful as well. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back and stay again some time.

Everything was very good. On the other hand, the absence of a swimming pool was a great disappointment because that was one of our selection criteria. Also considering the heat, it would have been appreciated to be able to use it at any time and as we wish. The 20% discount offered as compensation was too little considering our need above. Also, we had to vacuum under the bed in the children's room because obviously no one had done it for a long time. But the rest of the apartment was very clean.

Great Unit; Horrible Reservation ID System
Nice unit, very well lit, well equipped and well maintained kitchen (though a few more bowls would have been helpful). Great location, virtually ski-in/ski-out. Very prompt and efficient routine maintenance (light bulb replacement). Responsive and professional service. Minor issues with unit condition: Squeaky door hinges, the aforementioned burned-out light bulb, and a toilet that didn't drain properly,
Our one major beef is with the intrusive and obnoxious ID requirement to complete the reservation. This onerous process was not disclosed in the initial reservation, and only communicated *after* we paid the VRBO fee, at which point we had to scramble to provide personal information that we are not comfortable sharing online. The option to provide it in person upon arrival was limited in hours (which didn't work with our schedule) *and* only offered *after* the failure of the online system to verify documents. This created a lot of extra work, extra anxiety, and extra communication for us. We will NOT be returning to Whistler Platinum and will try to avoid any other reservations that use the Yoti platform for ID verification.

Almost all good…
Good Morning
the flat was very comfortable, well furnished and clean.
The only negative point is the bikeroom, too small, full with bikes which have not been used since years.For that price I was expecting something better.
