The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Upper Village as you step inside, with the quiet of the mountain surrounding you and the warmth of the fireplace drawing you in. From the balcony, cool alpine air and views toward the slopes set the tone for days spent carving fresh snow and evenings spent unwinding fireside. Here, you are close to Whistler’s energy while tucked into a peaceful corner of the mountain.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, spacious closets, and an ensuite with a double vanity, bathtub with shower, and heated floor. The second bedroom includes two twin beds suited for families or friends. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and heated floor adds comfort for shared stays.



Living spaces

A bright corner layout creates an inviting place to relax after a day on the slopes. Settle into the leather sofa or armchairs beside the gas fireplace, or enjoy downtime with the large TV. Wide bay windows bring in natural light, framing the snowy landscape, while the private balcony extends the living space with a quiet spot for crisp winter mornings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen supports easy in-home cooking with its well equipped setup, including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Share meals at the dining table for four, or make use of the breakfast bar for three when gathering for a quick bite before heading to the mountain.



Amenities & features

The building offers an outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub available year-round, along with a gym and secure shared ski and bike storage. The condo includes in-suite laundry, wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, an indoor fireplace, and bathroom essentials. Guests also have access to an elevator, a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, clothing storage, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Ski access & location

Positioned beside Merlin’s Run, this condo provides ski access to the Blackcomb Gondola, allowing you to reach the slopes without needing transportation. Whistler Village is a short walk or accessible by the free shuttle, offering dining, shopping, and winter activities close by while maintaining the quiet of the Upper Village.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The unit was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Check-in was smooth, and everything we needed was available. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Location for Ski Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful spring break ski vacation. While the ski in/out access wasn't right to the condo entrance due to the end of season conditions, it was still just a very short walk to the closest trail.We arrived after hours and the staff kindly arranged for lock-box pickup of our condos' key cards. Underground covered parking was very convenient. Our only gripe was that the ski storage area was not marked, and after hours there was nobody around to guide us. We wandered around for 10 minutes before we could find it.The location is fantastic, walkable to the Blackcomb Village and a convenient shuttle to Whistler Village. The hot tub and pool were great.The unit itself wasn't as "homey" as other vacation rentals we've stayed at, but while a bit sterile it still had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a nice kitchen with lots of supplies, and fully lived up to the listing and photos.We would definitely stay here again without pause. Highly recommended!

Our visit

There were a few issues, drain plug didn't work, and they were fixed quickly. When the hot water went out, they fixed it fairly quickly. House keeping could have discovered the first issues and had them resolved prior to us checking in. When the boiler went doew, it would've been nice had prop mgt notified us, instead of the opposite. We do like the property

Great Location for Whistler condo

The unit was very nice, clean and well supplied. The location was great for accessing the upper and lower villages and the parkade was convenient with ample bike storage. The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay which was disappointing; better communication on this issue would have been appreciated as the kids got their hopes up based on various discussions we had with the front desk. Overall a very nice property.

Very nice condo for the price

The co do itself was very good. Our only complaint was the lack of storage for our mountain bikes. The storage unit was filled with abandoned bikes.
