The Space:
Morning light filters through tall picture windows, revealing glimpses of Whistler’s alpine scenery as you settle into the calm rhythm of mountain life. Step outside and feel the crisp air, or return from a day on the slopes and unwind by the crackling fireplace. With the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain just beyond your back door, every moment here feels connected to the outdoors.

Living spaces
This two-level townhouse in the Snowgoose community combines warmth and space with vaulted ceilings and scenic views. The living room invites you to relax on comfortable couches beside a cozy presto log fireplace, while cable TV and a stereo provide quiet entertainment after an active day. Natural light fills the open layout, where the adjoining dining area offers seating for eight and a breakfast bar for two. The home’s design encourages you to gather, recharge, and linger together between mountain adventures.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen features heated floors, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient island, creating an easy space for preparing meals. You’ll find all the essentials for cooking and dining, along with a coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. A dining table accommodates group meals, while large windows bring in the surrounding mountain light.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, two closets, a sitting area, and a private balcony that opens to fresh alpine air. Its ensuite bathroom includes a jetted tub with an overhead shower for quiet relaxation. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and a bunk bed, with a separate bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. On the main level, the third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bathtub and shower, creating a comfortable setup for families or friends traveling together.

Guest conveniences
The home is equipped with high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace, ideal for longer stays or remote work. You’ll find an insuite washer and dryer, a mudroom with storage, and heating throughout for year-round comfort. Guests have access to secure underground parking for two vehicles, as well as an electrical vehicle charger available for an additional fee.

Outdoor and location highlights
From this mountainside setting, you can ski home via Lower Cruiser Run when conditions allow. A short walk brings you to the free shuttle that connects to both Whistler and Blackcomb base areas and the village. Lost Lake is also nearby, offering cross-country skiing in winter and a scenic beach in summer.

Amenities
Inside, you’ll have access to bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Entertainment options include a TV and board games. The property offers a private entrance, outdoor furniture, and options for free garage and street parking. A self check-in lockbox makes arrival easy, and long-term stays are welcome. Please note that air conditioning is unavailable, but portable fans are provided for warmer days.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. The Neighborhood:
Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.

• 15-minute walk to Blackcomb Mountain Gondola
• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 10-minute walk to Upper Village
• 5-minute walk to Chateau Whistler Golf Course
• 10-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free village shuttle: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left. Cross Painted Cliff Road and the shuttle stop is on the right going uphill

Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Snowgoose complex and grounds are 100% non-smoking
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Location!

The property is located in a great place on the "5" bus line that gets you to Blackcomb and Whistler villages. The condo was very clean and there was good communication with the management company. A couple of things to consider. There is no hot tub at the condo or in the condo complex. Also, the bathrooms and plumbing in general is quite dated and funky. Otherwise, a great place for a group or family.

Great home - excellent location

This home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed The owners/management company were fantastic to work with. Very responsive and provided timely information. The free shuttle stop is literally in front of the complex which was so convenient. I love to try coffee shops while traveling and Whistler didn’t disappoint. Lift, Moguls and Artigiano were all wonderful. For an amazing dining experience, go to Il Caminetto. La Bocca and Beacon were delicious as well. For a fun evening experience… try “Escape Whistler”!

Excellent accommodations

We stayed with friends for a 5 day ski trip. The condo was located in an ideal location to catch the bus to the hill. The place was clean and well appointed with fresh towels and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the fireplace apre ski and a comfortable living room space to gather and discuss our ski day. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Whistler townhouse

We very much enjoyed our summer stay in the Blackcomb area of Whistler. The townhouse is very clean, very well located for hiking and golf and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had an issue with parking and the Whistler Platinum crew were very responsive and very helpful. We would happily stay in this townhouse again.
