The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the trees outside as you step into a warm, firelit living space after a day on the slopes. Mornings begin with crisp alpine air and coffee by the window, while evenings invite you to unwind beside the glow of a wood-burning fireplace. Tucked into a peaceful setting near trails and shuttle routes, this Whistler townhome offers a calm winter base with easy access to the Village.



Living and dining

Large picture windows frame mountain and forest views, filling the open-plan living area with soft natural light. The wood-burning fireplace with presto logs creates a cozy gathering spot after skiing, complemented by a TV for relaxed nights in. A dining table with extensions seats six, making it easy to share meals, games, or stories from the day’s adventures.



Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with everything you need to prepare hearty winter meals. A breakfast bar offers space for casual bites before heading out, and the adjacent dining area keeps everyone connected. After a long day outdoors, having an in-unit washer and dryer makes it simple to refresh your gear.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower featuring both rain head and handheld options. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed and private access via a pocket door, with an adjacent bathroom that includes a spa-style bathtub with jacuzzi jets and shower. Extra pillows and blankets, heating, and clothing storage add comfort throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private patio to take in snowy mountain views or warm up beside the outdoor heater before catching the shuttle. The shared hot tub provides a soothing place to relax after skiing or exploring nearby trails. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture are available on the patio for year-round use, weather permitting.

Free parking garage on premises, a heated entryway, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace support both short getaways and longer stays. Set along the route of the free village shuttle, the townhome offers convenient access to ski lifts, dining, and shops in Whistler Village. In winter, the nearby Home Run ski-out trail adds extra convenience, while surrounding paths connect you to cross-country skiing and scenic forest routes. Despite its proximity to activity, the setting remains quiet and serene - a peaceful retreat framed by alpine landscape.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. The Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola are just a short walk or a quick ride on the free village shuttle, while the nearby Valley Trail invites year-round walking and biking adventures.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Whistler condo

We spent 4 nights in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved the large windows in the living room with the view of the golf course and mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a number of delicious meals. We also made use of the shared hot tub and enjoyed this feature. Would love to return!

Beautiful property

We stayed for 4 nights during our ski trip to Whistler. The property is beautiful, clean and had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was wonderful and making breakfast before heading out for the day was so convenient. If we had questions we were texted back immediately. Our time there was one of our best family vacations and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Very nice and comfortable place

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for a family ski vacation. Very nice/open living area, well appointed and comfy furniture. The bedroom set-up worked well - we were asked ahead of time if we wanted the bed in second bedroom as two twins (which we selected for our two adult children) or one king. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook a few dinners and avoid having to go out to restaurants every night. The entry area for ski and boot storage along with the garage were ideal, and the outdoor community hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes.

Corona Virus Pandemic

Due to the corona virus pandemic, Vail Resorts shut down operation of Whistler on Sunday March 15, 2020. We inturn left the resort on 3/15/20 in lieu of 3/17/20, as our sole purpose to visit Whistler was for a skiing vacation. In conversation with the property manager, I was informed we may only be considered for a credit. We are hoping to receive a refund in lieu of a credit for the nights we did not stay as we do not anticipate a return visit to Whistler in the future. It would be greatly appreciated if VRBO would intervene in this matter and persuade Whistler Platinum to provide me with a refund for the two nights we did not occupy the condo due to the corona virus pandemic and subsequent closure of Whistler mountain. Nice place with a couple of shortcomings

I didn't see any prior reviews posted for this property, so I'll take a few minutes here to provide some feedback for other potential renters as well as the property owner/manager. First, I'll just say that this is a nice condo and I think the price is reasonable, compared to other listings for the same time period. The bathrooms have new, updated finishes, the kitchen has fairly new appliances and is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen were much appreciated. There is easy, free, bus transportation right outside the door. The view is not bad, either, for being a ground-floor unit in the middle of the condo complex. A couple small issues: the kitchen faucet could use some maintenance, and I think the filters for the refrigerator water and ice dispenser are old and clogged. There are a couple things that detracted from the stay, though. The unit is VERY noisy. The walls and ceiling are very thin, and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Since this is a ground-floor unit, the upstairs unit generates almost constant noise from people walking around (or jumping if there are kids), listening to music, using the bathrooms, etc. I actually needed, at one point, to ask the people upstairs to turn down their music because it was so loud in our unit. Unfortunately, this is probably not a problem that can be easily fixed, but I thought I should warn future potential renters that you will hear ALL of the noise from the neighbors. The other thing could be improved is the temperature in the living room. One nice thing about the unit is the very large windows filling most of the living room wall, which does allow for a nice view. But the single electric baseboard heater seems to struggle to keep up with the heat lost from the windows. There were a couple days when it was a bit chilly in the living room, even though the thermostat was turned all the way up. Maybe there is a way to increase the heater output, or decrease heat loss from the windows. Most of the time, the temperature was okay,. but it was only about 0 C while we were there. On very cold nights, it might get a bit cold in the unit. Fortunately, the heaters in the bedrooms worked great and kept the bedrooms plenty warm. Overall, I felt like the price was reasonable, the condo was clean and nice, and the location was good. I'd probably try to choose an upstairs unit, though, if you're sensitive to noise.
