"The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was satisfactory, the dining room was very cold though. The cleaning and cooking staff were very friendly and attentive. The biggest thing I didn't care for was, the 25 dollar early check in fee I was charged, for checking in 2 hours early. I thought that was unnecessary. That's really my main complaint."

"Extraordinary value for the price. Immaculate clean rooms easy entry refrigerator and microwave were usable. No coffee maker but gas station next door 4 restaurants with in 5 minutes walk"

"There was a party that was somehow permitted to happen downstairs where two rooms were booked and many people showed up with tables. I had to book a room upstairs on the other side of the building to avoid the noise. The room was cleaned but had a cheap chemical smell to it like bleach."

"The pros: free wifi free parking (there are plenty with shades) cheaper than other hotels around free breakfast good staff The cons: weed smell everywhere.. I had to hold my breath walking outside. dog urine smell everywhere.. again same thing. Suggestion: make it a smoke-free hotel. or at least having a designated area for smokers have a designated area far away from the rooms where dogs can do their business and have pouches available for pickups."

"The property was clean and well cared for. The night we checked in there was dinner and it was tasty. The breakfast was good grits, potatoes etc. I don't eat pork. The meals would be better if there was options for people that don't eat pork. I was really impressed with the property."

"WELL THE ROOM WASNT EVEN CLEANED. PLUS THEY ACCUSED US OF TAKING A SHEET WHEN WE BROUGHT THEM DOWNSTAIRS BECAUSE THE SHEETS WERENT CHANGED. JUST NASTY AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING BECAUSE THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME. DIRTY ROOMS AND HALF THE TIME THE DOOR ON THE ROOM IS BROKE. THEY ARNT RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING COMES UP MISSING."

"Great place to stay. My only complaint is that the rooms dont have enough light in them. Also, the walls are thin so whenever someone closed their room door it was loud and sound like it was right next to us."

"They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the housekeeping staff does a very good job. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, the free breakfast was improved to add toaster waffles but there is no protein (but there a Waffle House only steps away). Convenient location to I-10 and to the Slidell Old Town and city center (7-8 minutes away). Good value for the price."

"There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice."
