"My room had not been hoovered; really uncomfortable bed and there was a constant dripping noise overnight - terrible night sleep."

"Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. "

"We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor."

"The Annexe was in a good location within the ground and well equipped with all in good working order. The outdoor games area was well maintained, the indoor games room was equipped with table tennis, table football and a pool table which had all the balls for both pool and snooker. The pool table was in need of some TLC but had four or five cues a rest and chalk. The swimming pool was vary good with a large pool and hot tub. "Access to our particular room was a little awkward and the noise of the road took the shine off a touch. However, the facilities were very good on the site and the accomodation was of a decent size."

"Comfortable ,cosy ,well equipped little cottage in stunning surroundings. Very dog friendly. Richard ,the owner made us very welcome. A great location for getting out and about."
