On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area that flows seamlessly into an open kitchen, creating a bright and sociable space ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace, extending your living space outdoors. A private shower and WC are also located on this level, along with a sauna for added comfort and relaxation. The upper floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making the space flexible and comfortable for a variety of guest configurations. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across its 1 bathroom.
