Incredible views and plenty to do - we enjoyed the heated pool, playing billiards, watching a movie on the projection screen w/ surround sound. Hosts were available with any questions and very welcoming.

A fabulous place to spend time at. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The pool is a real treat. You definitely feel like you’re on a vacation. It’s also located in a beautiful area but yet not too far from town. Highly recommend

Outstanding everyone had a great time, facility everything above expected, Management or owners the best we had in the past. Wonderful grounds, pool, and room for family to visit and bond as family. Highly recommend. We also enjoyed the ability to spend time in the local communities.

A great place for a family vacation

With one son living in North Carolina and the other in Japan, we're always looking for places in between to have a family vacation. This filled the bill perfectly. Plenty of space and bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen, but we spent as much time as we could outdoors--with many different seating arrangements to choose from. And there's so much to do in the area! We barely scratched the surface.

The name is accurate, it was a Magical Farm Villa!

We had a birthday gathering with friends and family over 4 days in September. This was a rare occasion where the photos did not do justice to the place - it was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked, and it was so lovely to have ample room for us to gather together or spread out when we needed space. The fireplace was so cozy, the games room & pool added activity space, and the location was just beautiful. The morning sunlight across the misty farm fields was gorgeous. Our host was available and responsive. He was on site to water plants, so was handy if we had any questions. We walked 30 minutes to Emmandare Vineyard for a wine tasting, which was also delightful. One group went to the Raptors Centre, which was a hit with the 8-year-old. So much to do in the area, and amenities are close by if needed. Would happily book again!

Perfect for Multi Family Gathering

This beautiful home was perfect for our recent May long weekend gathering. We were three families with kids ranging from 10-13 and there were enough rooms and beds for everyone. Everyone commented on their great sleep in the comfortable beds and soft linens. The house and exterior living space is more than spacious and we never felt on top of one another. The heated pool was an absolute hit with kids and adults alike as was the recreation area in the basement. We enjoyed some walks along the country road the house is situated on and also got out for some mountain biking at nearby mountains. You feel like you are tucked away from the rest of the world on this gorgeous property but when we needed to run out to grab something from the store we were moments away from everything we needed. Unfortunately the heat pump broke down just before our arrival but with the cross wind breeze coming through all open windows no one seemed to mind. The hosts were lovely and accommodating with any requests and were available close by if we needed anything. This is not your typical house rental, and it’s obvious that this is the hosts home that is very well tended to with love and care. Everyone loved our stay - our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer!

The Family Farm experience

This is a great place for family to come together. The pool even at this time of year was warm. The Billards table was a real favorite with each challenging the other all evening long. The kitchen was a dream to cook our large turkey dinner and pumpkin pies and the dining room looked so lovely when set up. I brought a number of family decorations for the table but the home truly has everything you might need for full enjoyment.
