"The house itself is very interesting. The only issue we had was the temperature - two small window units plus the swamp cooler were not enough to cool the large home. Like another reviewer, we are from Texas and were pretty miserable. Canon City was HOT during the day and nothing could keep up. The upstairs was especially warm. The best thing about the house is the inside which was immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and the owner even left us a pound of locally grass fed hamburger which was delicious.
