We’re happy to provide a high chair and travel crib (playpen) upon request. Please notify us before your arrival so we can have everything set up for you.

Pet Policy. Please Read Carefully

We welcome well-behaved pets, but full disclosure is mandatory at the time of booking. This helps us schedule a specialized cleaning service to remove allergens for future guests properly.
we charge 50$ per pet per night.

Please note if you bring more than 1 pet, additional charges will be applied.

Undisclosed pets will result in a fine.
No use of the backyard as a toilet. If an accident happens, guests are responsible for immediate cleanup and washing down the area to prevent lawn damage.

No exceptions for service animals due to strict allergy protocols.

No Refund Policy for Complimentary Amenities

As outlined in our house rules:

We offer amenities such as WiFi and other extras as a complimentary convenience to enhance your stay. While we strive to maintain their availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as issues may occasionally arise due to factors beyond our control (e.g., service provider outages, weather conditions, etc.).

Please note that no refunds will be issued for any complimentary amenities that may become temporarily unavailable during your stay.

Important Notice Regarding Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for collecting all of their personal and valuable items upon checkout. Any items left behind and not claimed within a reasonable time frame (typically the cleaning period between guest stays) will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.
Please note that we do not have facilities to store forgotten items.

Swimming Pool is Open, stop heating until Mid May or further notice.

Electricity Use
Please be mindful of energy consumption during your stay. Guests are required to turn off all lights, heating, and air conditioning when leaving the property. This helps conserve energy and supports our eco-friendly practices. Thank you for being responsible! 🌿
