"There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. "I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The access road entering the main highway was treacherous getting into traffic. The check in time being 4pm was inconvenient for me because after traveling all day from Tennessee I arrived at the Sleepy Inn at 3pm exhausted and needing to rest. Instead I had to sit and wait, like I had been doing all day, which was frustrating."

"The hotel was very clean, the front desk offered to put all 4 of our rooms on the same floor and as close as possible together, they maintained their pool and hot tub, kept towels stocked which isn't common to see, breakfast was being refilled and areas were being cleaned, all areas of the hotel were incredibly clean, the location of the hotel was great too. Many places to eat within walking distance (Legands was great!). Absolutely will recommend this hotel and will be returning for any future...

"We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing."

"We came home in the afternoon and found our door open! A carpet mechanic was laying new carpet by our room and had the door to our room open to get carpet under the door.. Nothing was wrong inside but the loss of privacy was unsettling. We have stayed here before and liked the amenities and location . We should have been given a room far from the immediate work."
