"I was going to be a little grumpy about valet parking...but the staff was so very courteous and helpful that I was immediately won over. I had a few ice packs that needed to be frozen, which the room fridge couldn't accommodate. But the staff took them right away to store in their backroom. A "small" considerate gesture that was immensely helpful to me. The Blue Collard Cafe on the premise has fabulous coffee, and delicious snack food and morning pastries. Also, the staff was tremendously...

"Not much to say about this stay. It was perfect. Location was perfect. Affordability was perfect. You park the car here and get out and do a date night with your wife with all amenities within walking distance. Whether it's dining, concert, hockey, or exploring."

"It was mostly good. Little hiccup with the code to get in but that was a quick fix. Wasn’t able to use the fire pit . Propane may have been out. But not a big deal. Overall we liked the property"

"Room was lovely!"

"It was fine. But the lighting was terrible. Needed more lighting for makeup application."

"Awesome breakfast selection both food and drinks. Nice location for surrounding lunch/dinner options. They have a shuttle service which is very helpful."

"I appreciate their ability to change my room reservation to a regular room. When I had made the reservation on line with confusing data showing the ada room that I reserved was incorrect. Thank you front desk for your help with this!"

"Clean courteous and comforting"

"Do you try to charge everyone for parking even if they don’t have a car do you make people request to have that taken off their folio? seems like business practices to me."

"I love the bar and veggie/cheese/chili snacks. We were able to enjoy our drinks and not have to worry about transportation. Jim, the bartender was great to chat with. Only thing I didn't enjoy, which is no fault of the property, was heavy heel walkers above our room. We did make it to breakfast one morning. We failed to make it to the jacuzzi and pool. But we will save that for our next stay! We were very impressed. The price was great. Nothing bad to say!"
