Less than 7 minutes to the airport, Beach, Downtown, the Mall, Publix and many restaurants, bars and activities.

This is perfect for families, couples or friends that need a getaway, with access to all the entertainment this area has to offer. You can enjoy the serenity of the private backyard or go out into the bustling night life. Every detail in the property has been curated with a keen eye on comfort and convenience in order to deliver a truly relaxing and refreshing vacation experience.

The interior of this renovated home is well furnished and designed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will feel at home from the moment you step inside. The home has a well equipped kitchen so feel free to get cooking with the family or friends. The lanai is fully screened and accessible from the dinning room and also has dining furniture so you can dine and relax indoors or outdoors.

Housekeeping services are available during your stay by request at an additional cost.
Guest access
Guess will have 24/7 access to the entire property. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am. 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking allowed. No parking on the lawn.

Early Check-in: Due to our cleaning partners needing time to clean the home and clean meticulously, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you on the day of your arrival if early check-in is possible if you message us beforehand.

Maintenance Crew: Every Tuesday, pool (weekly) and lawn maintenance (bi-weekly on Wednesdays) will be arriving to do the maintenance.

Parking: The driveway provides parking for up to 4 cars. Street parking allowed for free. Please ask first before parking in the garage.

Parties & Events: At this time, no parties or events are allowed. Please ask first if you'd like to celebrate an occasion.

Noise: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 11 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors.

Smart TV: Smart TVs are provided in many rooms. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, etc.

Cleaning: After every visit, the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized by our cleaning partners for the next Floridian vacation experience.

Damage Fees: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. If a smoke odor is detected indoors upon checkout, a $500 fine will be charged to the guest through the resolution center. Any broken or damaged furnishings will be charged to the guest through resolution center if found to be a delinquent act. If there is any damage caused by a service animal, guests will also be charged through the resolution center.

Less than 7 minutes to West Palm Beach: "West Palm Beach is a buzzing nightlife hub with swanky cocktail lounges, refined wine bars, and low-key pubs with live music. There’s also an eclectic dining scene, including top notch steak houses, classic Southern restaurants, sleek tapas spots, and gourmet burger joints. Upscale fashion shops fill Rosemary Square, an upscale open-air mall, while on the waterfront, Meyer Amphitheater hosts concerts and Flagler Park has a farmers’ market.

Only 15 minutes by car is downtown Lake Worth: its two streets of local merchants, restaurants, and bars. It feels like old-school Main Street USA updated from the 1960s in Florida style. A few more minutes and there is Lake Worth Pier, Lake Worth Beach, and Boynton Beach. Benny’s on the Beach is well known for its great sunrise breakfast.

Bugs & critters: Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm, and humid. It's the reason you are visiting right? As such, there is a variety of insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that call Florida home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, chameleon, or bunnies in or near the residence. This is normal in Florida. Take a selfie with the critter if they are friendly! Please note that the exterminator comes every 3 months to help keep the critters on the outside of the house.
