    The house will make you feel at home immediately. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people and have a great time with family or friends. You will feel at home in a refined setting, or outside, around the pool, in the tropical garden. A centralized air conditioning system completely new, allows to be very comfortably installed in the house and enjoy pleasantly the privileged climate of Florida.

The landscaped garden has been completely replanted and allows to take full advantage of the pool of 10 meters in length. The house will make you feel at home immediately. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people and have a great time with family or friends. You will feel at home in a refined setting, or outside, around the pool, in the tropical garden. A centralized air conditioning system completely new, allows to be very comfortably installed in the house and enjoy pleasantly the privileged climate of Florida. Very spacious house nice pool close to everything. Everything was clean when we arrived. Enjoyed our stay host was very responsive.

Comfortable stay in West Palm Beach

The property is located in a very quiet residential area, and conveniently close to a grocery store. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. The pool was pleasant, and there was enough room for our family of four to be very comfortable.

The house is very nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and toiletries. And the pool! Amazing pool the size of a hotel pool & heated! Nice quiet neighborhood, nice property & dog friendly-had a great time there & would love to stay here again! Also, host was very receptive to communications.

Last minute trip to Florida

Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impressive. It’s cozy yet roomy at the same time. We spent most of our time in the huge heated pool. Grocery store and Walmart are very close. The owner is responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Hopefully we will stay there again in the future.

Lovely Porches and Pool

We had a very relaxing two week stay and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of outdoor space at this home. The pool is lovely and the garden landscaping is very attractive. The house was comfortable and came equipped with all that we needed -- including an outdoor grill. The owner was responsive and accommodating.

Great place to sleep.

This house is nice. The half bath is so small you can barely turn around in it. No Cable tv service, WIFI is spotty. If you just need a place to lay your head this house is great. This is all we needed as we were in town for a baseball tournament our boys were playing in. I would stay here again for another tourney but not for a vacation.

While the host is wonderful and responsive and property's description is accurate and photos are accurate, and everything worked, there were quite a few disappointing moments. The house is quite run down, with blinds partially broken and very hard to operate. Bunk beds were very uncomfortable even for my little kids, so they ended up sleeping with me, not my dream vacation. There were only bath towels, and none hand or face sized ones. Back porches seemed to have not been dusted in ages, so we had to clean before sitting anywhere or putting a plate down. The pool is operational, but we've been spoiled by a cleaning robot at other rentals, and didn't expect to skim leaves off before every swim. Aloe plants by the pool were too close to edges, so we got poked quite a few times. There are broken tiles around the pool, not dangerous but unsightly. Also, back vegetation is sparse, so neighbors can be seen and see you. There's a golden retriever that looked on and barked at us.Shower pressure is too high, so you'd be ankle deep in water while taking even short showers. There's one door key that is in a combination lock, also not very modern or convenient. The neighborhood didn't feel like it warranted the high rental price. There are rundown houses in the area, with skimp landscaping, some appearing abandoned. So walking around didn't feel safe or pleasant.So again, while everything worked and nothing was lacking, somehow the place didn't feel top notch.
