Our home is a treasure trove for lovers of vintage and botanical beauty.
Every corner exudes character, from the gracefully appointed floral furniture to the carefully curated antique accents, nestled in the heart of West Palm Beach's historic Antique Row. Whether you're relaxing by the coquina fireplace or unwinding, this home offers a unique blend of historical charm and floral beauty. It's a small retreat brimming with character, inviting you to experience it's enchanting, nostalgic allure.
Our completely remodeled Tropical Designer Home features a blend of modern amenities and ultra-comfortable bedding.
Guests enter through the front door into the sunroom.
It features comfortable chairs, large windows, and interior plants- a perfect spot to relax or read a book.
Living Room features two couches, a glass coffee table and a tv over a decorative fireplace. antique record player and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.
Central air and heating are provided.

Exceptional Stay

This place was exceptionally & uniquely decorated and stocked with every bedroom, bathroom & kitchen essential you could ever need while on vacation. Great patio space as well with beautiful lighting in the trees at night. You can feel the amount of care & detail that was put into this property from the moment you walk in. It has so much character. We were welcomed by a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed while listening to the record player they have available for use (another unique & lovely addition) & a walk through call from the host, Rick. Antique Row shopping is around the corner/walking distance along with several restaurants. The property is perfectly located with all the shopping streets (Clematis Sreet/City Place) within a short distance. Peanut Island snorkeling is a short 15 min drive as well. The hosts are so kind & attentiveness. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone & will definitely book again during our next stay in the West Palm Beach area!

Beach, golf and dining

We had a lovely stay at this charming property. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, PGA National and the airport. Beautifully decorated inside and out, we enjoyed morning coffee outside in the garden and evenings sitting comfortably in the living room watching movies or listening to records. Located near numerous golf communities we were able to visit and golf with numerous friends from Connecticut. Rick and Teri were attentive hosts. We will certainly rent here again.

Charming and Well-Appointed

This lovely home had everything we could possibly need for our visit. With a designer flair, it was like stepping into a magazine. It was a great home base, conveniently located to West Palm Beach dining, Palm Beach area and other destinations. We also enjoyed a short walk to the intercostal waterway trail and wandering Antique Row. Mornings with coffee in the courtyard were a perfect start to the day. Rick was extremely helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this rental.

A Fabulous Time

This adorable 100 year old home in the heart of the Antique district is a rare find. Adorable patio and a perfect entertainment home with ample space. Highly recommend this hidden gem on a quiet street in Antique Row. Convenient to restaurants, beach and key attractions in both West Palm Beach and Palm Beach. Décor is like stepping into a design studio. Lovely, secluded patio in a natural setting. Historical home has its quirks like squeaky floors but don’t let that be a detractor; adds to the charm. Owners are “hands on;” provided an introduction and walk-thru of the home by phone upon arrival and were available if needed. Perfect for one or two couples.

Our favorite house

We had a pleasant time at this home. It was absolutely clean, everything in perfect working order. Quiet neighborhood, loved the privacy of the yard outside with all the plants. The large walk-in shower was great. Beds & sofa are super comfortable. Rick & Teri were friendly and easy to communicate with. Appreciate all the things they provided, felt like home. You can tell how much effort and care they put into maintaining and decorating this property, it's so nice and inviting. We will definitely return.

nice place to discover West Palm Beach area

My husband and I are snowbirds. During these months, we like to travel and do some volunteer work for the PGA tour. We are always looking for an affordable house that will allow us to discover new areas of Florida and feel like at home. Nick and Teri 's house is a Bijou of this historic and quiet neighbourhood. Perfectly decorated and with great taste. When inside, you can feel the past, enjoy the collectibles and appreciate the renovations. It feels somehow smaller and a bit darker inside the house than what you see on the photos. We would have liked to get a little more counter space and storage in the kitchen. The landscaping and the patio furniture also reflect the period. The garden area is inviting but planes take off or land every 2 or 3 minutes and the chairs are mostly uncomfortable. Please be aware, that there is no live TV (only streaming) and that a surveillance camera is installed in the garden. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and Teri and Nick were great hosts. This is a really nice place for a short period of time.

Wonderful Stay in West Palm Beach

Everything about our stay in this lovely property was fantastic. The homeowner made the check-in process very easy, and was available for any questions during our entire stay. The property has all the amenities, great decor and comfort level. It was as photographed, so it did not disappoint at all. Location is very convenient to the airport and to Antique Row and downtown, yet on a quiet and beautiful residential street. We would definitely come back. *****

Great stay!

Rick was very helpful in managing the process and helping us reschedule our stay when a family emergency prevented us from going when we originally intended. The property was pristine and very well- located, close to restaurants, shops, and only a few minutes to the beach. We loved the decor of the house and how well-stocked it was — the kitchen has everything you could want, there were beach towels, bikes, beach umbrellas, etc. These owners take pride in their property and it really shows. I would definitely book again. Great experience overall!
