The Space:
The Rose House boasts cutting-edge smart home technology and exquisite designer furnishings, appliances, and fixtures throughout.

**Kitchen:** Experience a fully stocked kitchen that offers all the comforts of home, conveniently situated at the back of the house near the pool area. The U-shaped layout provides an inviting and efficient cooking space, perfect for entertaining while enjoying an open floor plan. Start your day with a delightful breakfast in the sun by the pool, just steps away from the kitchen.

**Washer & Dryer:** A double-stack washer and dryer are included for your convenience, along with a complimentary starter set of detergents.

**Televisions:** Immerse yourself in an unparalleled streaming experience at The Rose House, featuring Samsung 4K Picture Frame Smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms. When not in use, these stunning televisions transform into elegant works of art, eliminating blue light and enhancing your decor.

**Sound System:** Create the perfect ambiance whether you're cooking in the kitchen or lounging by the pool with our state-of-the-art two-channel Sonos surround sound system. Simply download the Sonos app to effortlessly connect to the house and control the music and volume for each channel, both indoors and outdoors.

**Bathroom:** Conveniently located between the two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub awaits. Each bedroom features a full-length mirror, helping you prepare yourself for the day.

**EXTERIOR**

**Landscaping:** Kick off your shoes and enjoy the sensation of walking barefoot throughout the entire backyard. This fully fenced oasis is adorned with elegant marble and lush turf, ensuring your feet stay clean and comfortable. **Pool:** The walkway and pool deck, crafted from exquisite Italian marble, lead you to the refreshing waters of the pool. Enjoy a swim at any time, day or night. In the evening, perimeter and pool lighting are set on a timer, allowing you to take a dip whenever you desire. Complimentary pool heating is available upon request—just let us know if you'd like the pool warmed up before your arrival, and we’ll ensure it's set to the perfect temperature for your check-in.

Amazing amazing amazing

This was the most perfect house for our family trip to Palm Beach! Wonderful location, the outdoor space is AMAZING!!! Great to work with and so so so accommodating— we will be back ASAP!
