The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern appliances, marble countertops, a glass top stove, oven, and refrigerator. Whether you're cooking up a storm or enjoying a leisurely meal, the contemporary furnishings and kitchen amenities offer all you need for a delightful stay.



Step outside to your private front yard, ideal for savoring morning coffee or evening drinks in a tranquil setting. The outdoor dining area creates a charming ambiance for al fresco meals and gatherings. Parking is easy with spaces for two vehicles in the driveway. The laundry area, conveniently onsite, is available at no extra cost for your convenience.



You'll have access to the entire property, including the front and back units. Enjoy exclusive use of the front apartment and a lovely outdoor patio with lawn and lounge chairs for your relaxation.



To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.



Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.



Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
